I have already shared ragi porridge recipe in my blog for 5+ months babies using ragi milk.
This is for 1+ year babies using ragi flour.We all know ragi is very healthy and nutritious.
Ragi porridge for 1+ year baby
Ragi is rich in fiber which aids digestion in babies.And it has more calcium which is very essential for growing babies.It's pretty good you add ragi in your child's diet.Soon I will be posting more ragi dishes for adults.Going to the recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of homemade ragi flour I used to prepare in bulk and store
- 2 cups of water
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup of boiled milk
- 1 tbsp of jaggery/naatu sarkarai or sugarcane jaggery according to your preference
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
- Mix ragi flour with little water without lumps.
- Meanwhile boil water in a pan.
- When it reaches rolling boil,add the ragi mixture to it and cook for 3 mins.
- Now add salt,jaggery.
- After ragi is cooked around 7-8 minutes,add the milk and mix gently.
- Keep boiling until desired consistency is reached.
- After removing from flame,add ghee while its hot,so ghee melts and mixes well.
